J. J. Neumann loves to spend her free time outdoors. Though she has never eaten spaghetti with a yeti, she does enjoy imagining such events and sharing the stories. As a nurse, she understands how the environment can affect our health. So some of her stories' messages are to pay attention to the environment. And other stories are just silly adventures she imagined while on the trails, hanging out with family, or walking with her golden retriever Winnie. She also believes you are never too young or too old to learn how to be healthier.
